Responsible for managing and strategically scaling the global Slido Community program- Launched Slido\'s first online community platform on InSided and scaled it from 0 to engaged customers - Created an ever-evolving set of resources for our community, including blog posts, virtual user groups and meetings, online communities, and events - Created playbooks for Slido\'s events program, including the customer meetups (San Francisco, New York, and London) and Slido Elevate - Partnered with global teams to establish program frameworks that scale in the regions (Americas, APAC, UK, and EMEA)- Co-created Slido\'s rebrand with a strategic intention to reposition Slido from a startup company to a platform for enterprise clients - Partnered with brands like SXSW, Google, CMX Summit, and Slack - Slido was acquired by Cisco in May 2021
