   Act as the subject matter expert to deliver the design, planning and support of integrating Weatherford’s well construction technologies and drilling solutions, as well as post drilling analysis within complex wells on a global basis. Provide global technical support and training to deliver the safest and most efficient plans to drill a well meeting all expectations. Experience in US unconventional focusing on drilling & operational efficiency, Health of Well & ROP optimization and risk management. Senior Leadership Initiatives Support and ensure the highest level of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment. Develop and implement drilling solutions for projects working with Geozones Engineering & Operation teams to realize ideas and plans through the Drilling Engineering process. Lead and support the Drilling & Evaluation team in post well root cause analysis. Provide real-time decision support to drilling team to maximize drilling efficiency and minimize risk while achieving well objective. Develop and implement fully embedded performance enabling methods such as Technical Limit, best practices, peer reviews and technology application in the design, execution, and evaluation of Weatherford’s well solutions. Coach Geozones Drilling Engineering teams with documenting and communicating learnings, best practices, and technical alerts from projects through Weatherford Performance Tracking System (WPTS) and drilling database (WISE). Take a lead role in ensuring the global key wells are delivered on time and budget meeting all success measures. Perform directional well planning, torque-and-drag analysis, hydraulics calculations, and BHA analysis on all well types including new application and complex wells to design effective methods to deploy drilling & completion services to ensure seamless installations.
