I’ve led teams through major re-platforming work, including Salesforce to Next.js on Vercel, with a focus on measurable outcomes: performance, conversion, and operational stability during peak traffic. That includes hands-on work with agentic coding patterns, phased planning systems, and MCP-based integrations that make AI more useful, grounded, and operational in real engineering environments.I’m most interested in roles where I can lead teams leveraging AI product capabilities on top of strong web fundamentals, and where impact is measured in outcomes, not activity.
