I build web products that are fast, reliable, and easy to use, and I care just as much about how teams build as what they ship.I’m an Engineering Manager at Under Armour with a front-end and platform background. I’ve led teams through major re-platforming work, including Salesforce to Next.js on Vercel, with a focus on measurable outcomes: performance, conversion, and operational stability during peak traffic. That work has held up under Black Friday scale and delivered meaningful business impact across both core platform improvements and customer-facing features.Lately, my focus has expanded into GenAI-enabled product delivery and AI-assisted engineering systems. I bring AI into day-to-day workflows in a pragmatic, production-minded way, improving speed and decision quality without compromising reliability, accessibility, privacy, or trust. I’m especially interested in the parts that make GenAI work in an enterprise setting: evaluation, observability, guardrails, and repeatable delivery patterns.A growing part of my work is designing LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and MCP-enabled systems that connect models to the right context, tools, and execution paths. I’ve been exploring how structured planning, tool orchestration, repo-aware context, and memory can improve engineering execution across the SDLC, from planning and documentation to delivery and validation. That includes hands-on work with agentic coding patterns, phased planning systems, and MCP-based integrations that make AI more useful, grounded, and operational in real engineering environments.I’m most interested in roles where I can lead teams leveraging AI product capabilities on top of strong web fundamentals, and where impact is measured in outcomes, not activity.

   As Engineering Manager at Under Armour, I help lead the technical engineering efforts for underarmour.com\'s e-commerce platform, focusing on the Cart, Checkout, PDP, PLP, and Home page.I allocate engineers across multiple SCRUM product teams and manage full-time and contracted engineers. I conduct weekly 1:1s with each team member, maintaining high productivity and boosting morale.I work closely with cross-functional partners to research future product initiatives and provide high-level estimates to determine future priorities and timelines. This collaborative approach ensures that our projects are well-planned and executed efficiently, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in achieving our goals.I contribute to the code review process, ensuring compliance with defined code standards, analyzing site performance and analytics metrics to meet KPI targets, and actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies. This attention to detail and commitment to quality projects confidence in our team\'s technical capabilities.My role also includes production support and release management. I participate in the on-call schedule for production support and contribute to the release management process, ensuring smooth deployments.Key Achievements: • Increased overall site conversion rate and ranked 11th among the top e-commerce sites on Black Friday for page speed. • Increased checkout conversion and account creation rates while significantly reducing production bugs. • Led the development and deployment of the Athlete Picks feature from our hackathon, resulting in a significant estimated revenue impact. • Managed projects with substantial revenue impact over the past year. • As a lead member of our company-wide DE & I employee resource group, I organized two external speaker conversations focused on mental and physical disability awareness. I also host weekly remote coffee sessions to foster team-building and a positive remote work culture.
