He is currently leading end-to-end strategy, design, and development of a new frequent flier program for a newly-merged Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines.Prior to Alaska Airlines, Alex led strategy and innovation for American Express\' Global Lounge Collection including the award-winning Centurion Lounge. Prior to that, Alex oversaw end-to-end customer strategy for United Airlines’ suite of United Clubs, Polaris Lounges, and premium airport products and services. Prior to United, Alex worked at Red Ventures where he supported all things credit card marketing including digital strategy, customer experience, and financial operations for credit card marketplace websites, travel blogs, and travel industry data providers.
