   Supporting the Designer Manager and VP of Design/Development in the seasonal design development process, from concept to manufacturing, by contributing compelling and original designs that represent visual, color, demographic and category specific trends, along with market needs and drive sales.· Collaborate with VP of Design/Development, Design Manager, and Product Line Manager for development of initial seasonal design theme(s) in context of larger assortment according to style plan, sales needs, and emerging trends.· Design research, develop concepts, assemble presentation boards for meetings, prepare mock ups, color ups and inspirational photos.· Create compelling and original artwork for pattern and print artwork for sock in illustrator designs and bitmaps that align with the company’s initiatives on comfort, durability, and fit; ensure timely hand-off to Product Developer(s) in accordance with calendar.· Researching new possibilities in pre-development by collaboratively working with existing and/or new vendors. · Finalize artwork and technical specs for prototype packages· Build seasonal look book to deliver to key retail partners.
