My work focuses on building scalable growth systems and aligning cross-functional teams — from product and legal to UX and brand — to deliver high-impact launches and funnel improvements.I’ve owned the entire growth funnel from awareness through activation, growing our qualified pipeline by 38% quarter-over-quarter and improving conversion by 20%. By redesigning the seller application journey using behavioral and Voice of Customer insights, I increased application starts by 8% and removed key drop-off points.I launched GTM strategies for new capital products and regional partnerships across the US and EU, aligning execution with senior leadership during VP-level roadmap reviews.
