I founded DevelopEx in 2001 to leverage the cost difference for good engineers between Western countries and Ukraine. I started from software development and then switched to management. In 2011 I moved to Vancouver, Canada and in 2015 we moved few engineers here and opened small development office. DevelopEx is now humble contributor to Vancouver tech scene. With the help of my good business partner Mike, and thanks to great work of our team members, we have grown our company to 300+ fulltime people. Teams in Canada, Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, Germany, Norway, and 30+ great clients are around the world. Among our clients we have large Consumer Electronics companies, as well as SAAS companies and small growing Startups. Now we leverage our ability and experience to hire and grow engineering talent and to maintain these great teams working for our clients. All of that is with very reasonable cost/margins.
