Alex Lutskiy is the Founder and CEO of Innovecs, a global digital services company. Under his management, Innovecs has developed from a small office and a team of three people into the award-winning organization with over 650 software engineers. Innovecs is one of the fastest-growing U.S. companies, according to Inc. in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, and was included in the IAOP\'s The Global Outsourcing 100, which is a ranking of the world\'s best outsourcing service providers. Alex also held senior positions with a variety of U.S. companies — prior to joining Innovecs, he served as vice-president of Delivery at GlobalLogic, a global R&D provider, and vice-president of Business Applications and Operations at Ipsos, where led operations and strategic direction for the Business Applications group at Ipsos Loyalty North America.
