About Alex Liu
Since I joined Kearney as a partner in 1996, I have worked with many leading firms in the communications, media, and technology sectors in more than 50 countries across North and South America, Asia, and Australia. I am honored to be a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, and to have been named number one in The Consulting Report\'s annual list of the top 50 consulting firm leaders of 2023.I have served as both speaker and co-chair at World Economic Forum (WEF) events, including the Annual Summit in Davos and the WEF on Africa Summit, sharing perspectives on global trends across a range of fourth industrial revolution and future-workforce topics. I am also a member of the International Business Council (IBC), an advisory body to the World Economic Forum, created to identify and address global business challenges and solutions. The IBC consists of 100 global chief executives from a wide range of industries.I am most proud of our firm’s great track record of driving transformational business strategies, achieving superior synergies in M&A and post-merger integration, tangibly improving organizational capabilities, and successfully delivering large-scale business improvement programs. Kearney helps clients overcome their biggest and most vital challenges, head on. I take joy in that client journey. And the bonds we forge along the way are truly the greatest reward. Many of my clients remain my closest and best friends. I have always been drawn to bold possibilities and have an appreciation for diversity, I think in part because of my own family’s journey as immigrants. When we moved from Taiwan to the United States, we embraced the unknown with gusto. Today, I still embrace that pioneer spirit, and gain energy from others who also like being the underdog, willing to test their abilities, and joyfully tackle new challenges.
