My role combines technological expertise with business strategy, ensuring every solution works flawlessly, not just for customers navigating the site, but also for teams managing operations behind the scenes. ABOUT ALEX LECLAIR
My journey into web development began unconventionally at 15, when I discovered vulnerabilities in a Montreal ad agency\'s website. Instead of facing consequences, I received a job offer from Commun/Provokat, launching my career in interactive development.After a few years honing my skills on interactive projects, I left to join a then up-and-coming startup, Frank & Oak, as one of their initial developers. I helped build the technical foundation that enabled the company to revolutionize menswear e-commerce and scale rapidly. This experience sparked my passion for both high-growth startups and creative agency work.Throughout my career, I\'ve navigated between both worlds, contributing to innovative projects at Akufen, serving as CTO of Selective Few (a Founder Fuel accelerated startup), and acting as Fractional CTO for Knix, where I helped scale their technical infrastructure during a period of significant growth.After founding two studios of my own, I\'ve developed a unique blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and creative problem-solving that I bring to every project, whether building from scratch or scaling existing systems.
