As IPS\'s Accounts Manager, my primary responsibility is managing the financial accounts for the business. Initially I implemented new accounts packages and an efficient staff payroll system. It is also my responsibility to maintain a tight rein on the cash flow of our business.However, when you work for the market leading company providing a bespoke packaging service for a very diverse customer and client base, it’s inevitable you end up involved in other aspects of running the business. As such I find myself keeping a watchful eye on sales and purchases as well.In reality, my IPS roles are as varied as my clients and customer’s requirements. Whether that be- Bespoke Packaging - Automotive Materials Handling - Foam Packaging- Timber Crates - Clip CasesGiven IPS is very much a ‘team approach’ type of bespoke packaging business. In the design and production divisions of our business we operate meticulous quality assurance systems, which are equalled only by our outstanding levels of customer care and service provision.After over 24 years of experience working in the management accounts departments of three different named bespoke packaging companies, I feel I have gained a wealth of industry specific knowledge and experience.
