Family is my driving force to success.    Responsible for the effective management of the Operations Unit with a high impact on KPI\'s regarding quality, cost and delivery times and efficiency- Responsible for an allocated budget and the management and development of specified resources in the Value Streams (people, machines, materials)- Controls, manages and develops the Value Streams as well as projects according to the factory targets and objectives of the department operations- Leads daily meetings according to OPEX Shopfloor Management- Regularly attend meetings on setting and updating strategy of the department- Continuously improves the organizational processes and the work organization within the Value Streams applying OPEX tools- Ensures exceptional supply chain capacity in an environment of high product mix and dynamically changing market demands- Responsible for strategic planning of personnel in terms of quality and quantity considering necessary long-term flexibility- Sets individual annual goals and conducts annual performance reviews
