About Alex Krengel

I am versatile, intrigued and invested in better healthcare for those most in need. My greatest interests are in building teams and leveraging growth technologies to enhancing clinical operations and patient access. I\'m motivated by opportunities to change lives and I\'ve been awarded for innovative work.My favorite kind of work is creative and collaborative, drawing from multiple perspectives to impact the system in a positive way. I am extremely interested in strategy, practice management, population health, community benefit, program and business development. My curiosity drives me to question processes, practices and policies that present opportunities for improvement and levers to inflect change across complex organization and human systems, such as the hospital systems and the US health system at-large.I believe that the US health system can affordably finance the best quality care and deliver it to all those in need but this will require private sector innovation, private-public partnership, community-driven change and community-owned resources. Teams of healthcare professionals with diverse perspectives and backgrounds have the ability-with leadership that can unlock each individual\'s intrinsic motivation==to discover and implement the most impactful, viable change.Traveling and experiencing new systems helps me shape my view of the world and gain greater appreciation for diversity and difference. As a hobby and semi-professional endeavor, I capture many of my experiences with my camera. This drives me to pay particular attention to the people and places around me while cherishing the nuance of each experience.

   Supporting a team driving program, operations, planning, flexible provider staffing and analytics. We lead strategic operations programs and initiatives nationwide to improve patient access and cost of care. Managing across verticals and through the access value stream, from workforce strategy to patient scheduling and panel management.We partner cross functionally with clinical and field operations, product, finance, strategy, business operations and quality leaders and their teams to identify opportunities to scale, standardize and deliver more care, more conveniently and when it’s desired.We utilize a mix of program, project, analytics, capacity planning, strategy, finance and product skillsets to improve access and grow the One Medical care delivery network.
