Currently playing a key role in managing a state\'s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program, which aims to establish a statewide network of DC Fast Chargers. Responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring the planning, installation, operations and maintenance of vendors charging infrastructure by ensuring compliance with federal standards and coordinating with state agencies and utilities to develop and implement EV infrastructure deployment plans. This program supports broader clean energy goals by facilitating the transition to zero-emissions vehicles and enhancing the state\'s transportation infrastructure. In addition, have led and supported various projects with small, agile teams for state and local government clients, including salary benchmarking studies, program sustainability assessments, budget and cost analyses, and technology strategy evaluations.
