About Alex J. Zhang
HELP Therapeutics (HelpTx) is a global leader in iPSC-based cell therapies with a mission to redefine healthy aging. Our lead candidate, HiCM-188, is a novel iPSC-derived cardiomyocyte therapy for advanced heart failure. It has demonstrated a compelling safety and efficacy profile in multiple studies and is currently in Phase II trials in China, with US Phase I trials slated to begin in Q1 2026. By leveraging our unique combination of proprietary iPSC technology and an industrial-scale AI manufacturing platform, we are addressing degenerative diseases with significant unmet needs, including heart failure and age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD).
