   As a senior leader at Matterport, I hold full P&L ownership and lead a large global organization responsible for a portfolio of services that are core to the company’s growth and profitability. I set the overall strategy and operating direction for the services business, aligning daily execution with aggressive growth and margin objectives.I partner closely with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Accounting to drive alignment, executional excellence, and sustained performance at scale.Through a culture of ownership and accountability, the Services organization has exceeded revenue and margin targets for eight consecutive quarters. This consistent out-performance became a meaningful contributor to Matterport’s financial momentum leading into its acquisition by CoStar Group, which acquired Matterport in April of 2025 at 2.9x multiple to the pre-announcement share price
