Supporting three Tribes within EDF Energy’s Retail customer-focused business unit, I have led the successful adoption of Agile ways of working, embedding Scrum and Kanban across multiple teams. Building on this foundation, I guided the rollout of Essential SAFe across the Tribes, directly contributing to the success of multiple Programme Increments (PIs) and enabling stronger alignment, coordination, and value delivery at scale.I coach and mentor Lead Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and teams to deepen Agile capability and maturity. In parallel, I played a pivotal role in establishing the Lead Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE)—a driving force for best practices, continuous improvement, and long-term Agile sustainability across the business. These efforts have enhanced delivery outcomes, strengthened collaboration, and improved operational effectiveness across the unit.
