Through hands-on product leadership, I\'m creating a flexible, configurable platform that enables rapid market entry across mobility, appliance, and home tech categories—unlocking new revenue streams across multiple channels.In our D2C business, I reimagined our subscription product experience through customer discovery and technical transformation, driving higher attach rates and extending customer tenure, significantly improving LTV. Along the way, I\'ve helped strengthen our product organization by introducing narrative-driven reviews that improve product clarity and velocity, and coaching teams on discovery best practices.
