ABOUT ALEXIS STEMBER COULTER

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of creativity and brand marketing, translating vision into execution and building the systems that allow great ideas to thrive. From launching the iPhone 4S at TBWA\\Media Arts Lab to bringing award-winning campaigns to life for Prudential at Droga5, I’ve worked across some of the most iconic brands in the world. My background spans creative production, operations, and leadership, always with an eye toward making the impossible happen, efficiently and elegantly. I started on the ground floor at BBDO, working my way up through Berlin Cameron, Johannes Leonardo, and Ogilvy, where I oversaw production for American Express and Tiffany & Co. At Grey, I helped reimagine Gillette’s international production model after the brand shifted from BBDO for the first time in 80 years. At Anomaly and 72andSunny, I worked on valuable accounts like Facebook, Starbucks, and Dropbox. In 2019, I took on a new challenge, moving brand-side to sweetgreen as Director of Creative Production & Operations, bringing structure and storytelling together for brand redefining fast-casual dining, helping take the company public in in 2021. From there, I returned to the agency world, joining adam & eveDDB in 2022, first leading production and creative operations and eventually stepping into the Managing Director role as well as being the AI Transformation lead for the larger DDB group across North America.No matter the hat, the throughline has always been the same: I build teams, systems, and cultures that enable creativity to thrive. I know how to navigate complexity, how to see around corners, and how to bring people together to solve big, meaningful problems.
