Alexis graduated from Cal State LA with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering after five years with honors. He is currently working at Boeing as a Multidiscipline Engineer, has worked at UPS as a supervisor, interned at Boeing working on structures, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) at Fox Studios, and the National Airspace System (NAS) at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).As an undergraduate, he worked on two research projects studying solar energy and combustion flames. Throughout these experiences, he became knowledgeable about aerospace and energy.In his free time, he enjoys volunteering for STEM-related events such as the MESA schools’ program, SHPE\'s Noche de Ciencias, and GMiS\' Viva Technology Program.
