From practicing high quality medicine, to marketing best practices for pet owners in their day to day, I enjoy bridging the daunting gap between veterinary knowledge/animal care and today\'s new and old pet owners who want to do what is best for their loving companion. I also aspire to make a difference in the Thoroughbred industry, bringing care, compassion, and knowledge to the sales front of these incredible equine athletes. I have been avidly working in the agriculture industry since the age of 16 with a focus in equine care and management and small animal veterinary medicine. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science (Pre-Vet) from Iowa State University, having graduated with honors. I have experience working in small animal veterinary clinics, on large Thoroughbred breeding operations, traveling for the Thoroughbred sales, and operating in specialty/emergency veterinary management and administration. I also own my own business in network marketing and am the owner and founder of Tallyho Tollers & Thoroughbreds, a small business with a focus on producing top quality sporting Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers and acting as an independent contractor in bloodstocking and among the Thoroughbred sales industry. I display excellent communication skills, adaptability, and technical skills which has made me dynamic and successful in many departments within any company.
