ABOUT ALEXIS NIBLOCK

As a former NCAA Division I team captain and All-American lacrosse player at the University of Southern California, I bring the same mindset that drives elite athletes—discipline, resilience, and performance under pressure—into the world of business. I recently earned my B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from USC’s Marshall School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude and consistently recognized on the Dean’s List.Throughout my collegiate career, I balanced a 30+ hour/week athletic commitment with a rigorous academic load, honing exceptional time management, leadership, and team-building skills. I was honored to serve as the sole team captain for USC Women’s Lacrosse, where I led a nationally ranked program and earned multiple honors, including USA Lacrosse All-American and IWLCA All-Region Team recognition.Beyond the field, I developed my business acumen through an internship at Rockline Wealth Management, gaining exposure to client relations, investment strategy, and financial planning. I further expanded my leadership and strategic thinking abilities through the Deloitte Student-Athlete Leadership Experience, where I engaged in mentorship and career development sessions tailored to high-performing student-athletes.I’m eager to contribute to an organization through strategic analysis, data-driven decision-making, and innovative problem-solving. I’m driven to join a dynamic team that values integrity, innovation, and high performance. My experience and interest in sports provide a unique lens for understanding team dynamics, brand loyalty, and market opportunities, which I aim to integrate as my career evolves.
