My favorite part of this job was interacting with visitors, helping them with ziplining, and seeing them go from nervous to excited.This position honed my skills in group management and teamwork, as I led tours of varying sizes and ensured a safe, enjoyable experience for all participants. I developed critical thinking abilities to address unexpected challenges in real time, and my public speaking skills were enhanced as I delivered safety briefings and engaged with guests. Overall, this experience has not only enriched my leadership capabilities but also reinforced my passion for helping others embrace adventure.
