I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Colorado with over nine years of experience in behavioral health across medical, community, and educational settings. My work has always been grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a whole-person approach to care that honors each individual’s strengths, values, and lived experience.Currently, I serve as a counselor in a residential substance use treatment facility, providing individual and group therapy to clients enrolled in our IRT and TRT programs. In this role, I support clients as they navigate early recovery, build coping skills, strengthen insight, and develop sustainable plans for life beyond treatment. I integrate evidence-based approaches—including motivational interviewing, 12-step modalities, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based perspectives—while prioritizing safety, connection, and the therapeutic alliance.Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations both in clinical and administrative environments. I have facilitated groups, provided individual psychotherapy, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and contributed to program development and clinical workflows. Earlier roles in behavioral health administration and credentialing have also given me a strong understanding of systems, compliance, and access to care—knowledge that informs my clinical practice today.I am passionate about recovery, relationship-building, and continuing to grow as a clinician.
