I’m someone who builds trust for a living. Whether it’s through client relationships, operational support, or the way a brand communicates, I’m most interested in the moments where clarity, consistency, and care turn a transaction into a long-term relationship. My foundation is in hospitality, where I learned how to anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and create an experience that makes people feel genuinely supported. That service-first mindset has shaped everything I’ve done since, from education to marketing to operations, and it’s the through-line in my work today. My career spans marketing, executive support, and client-facing operations across real estate, financial services, and nonprofit environments. Currently, I’m the Digital Media Director and Front Desk Administrator at W Executive Suites, which means I operate on both sides of the business: external communication and the day-to-day client experience. I’m used to moving fast, juggling priorities, and making sure the details are handled so clients feel taken care of and outcomes stay on track. I bring a strong writing voice, a systems-driven approach to organizing work, and a people-centered mindset rooted in hospitality and education. I’m at my best in roles that require communication, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving. I have a background in writing and storytelling, and I continue to use my personal platform to share my professional journey, reflect on work and identity, and build community through honest, audience-driven content.
