Rejuvenessence began as a vision to bring people together for transformational New Year retreats. Our immersive experiences were designed to help individuals release the past, reset their energy, and step into a new chapter of life with clarity and intention.What started as small, heart-centered retreat business has since evolved into a brand supporting founders, executives, and couples through transformational experiences, private intensives, and alignment coaching. Our goal is to help high-performing leaders prevent burnout, reconnect to their purpose, and scale with clarity, vitality, and joy.As co-founder and lead facilitator, I design and deliver experiences that integrate subconscious reprogramming, somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional intelligence. Each experience blends science, strategy, and spirituality—helping clients realign their energy, elevate their consciousness, and sustain performance without sacrificing wellbeing or relationships.Together with my husband, Vasco, we create regenerative spaces for renewal and reflection. This is where leadership meets embodiment, and success becomes synonymous with wholeness. Through our work with visionary leaders and conscious entrepreneurs, Rejuvenessence has become a movement of aligned growth, conscious leadership, and embodied success.
