Throughout my experience as Managing Director in the group of companies I leverage bought out, developed and reorganized, I developed skills and knowledge essential for managing key areas of a business unit (150 employees).My vision of the job: bottom-up, strategy orientated and operational based, managing a team as the main driver for reaching given objectives. Operational management, combined with a focused mind-set to reach quantitative, qualitative and financial targets, has become my specialty.
