I enjoy the hustle and sense of urgency to meet clients needs and managers needs. I love the negotiation aspect once an offer is on the table. Being able to find common ground where both parties feel like they’ve gotten the best possible value is very rewarding. I love the level of influence and direct impact on others’ lives and the economy. It’s exciting to see people getting jobs, and knowing I have helped get them there. I enjoy talking to others and knowing their different walks of life. It\'s truly amazing how much of an impact we can make and that I have made with clients/candidates.
