ABOUT ALEXIS WILLRICH

Drive efficient assembly process development and implementation aligned with Lean and Industry 4.0 principles, including modular systems, standardized fixtures, and integrated product solutions. Optimize production efficiency through cost analysis, master data management, and continuous improvement in PDM/PLM and ERP systems. In the past, as a Process Technologist at Eberspächer Group, I applied my M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and my knowledge in manufacturing, assembly, construction, and management to optimize and automate the SMD process of the electronics production. I designed, implemented, and evaluated experiments to improve the quality and efficiency of existing products and processes, using the 6 Sigma methodology and Minitab software. I also reviewed and evaluated new technologies in electronics manufacturing and implement them on site. I have experience in various areas of the automotive industry, intralogistics, and electronics production, and I am convinced of the LEAN philosophy. I am passionate about innovating and solving problems. I work responsibly, cost-effectively, customer-oriented and efficiently, with high ability to work under pressure, in a team, and with good human relations.
