I oversee high-priority initiatives and cross-functional collaborations that deliver impactful housing and revitalization strategies for local cities, counties, and organizations across California. By translating mission-driven goals into actionable, I specialize in building and being a thought partner for strategic and operational programming to promote systems-level change.As the former Program Director of the Presidio Bay Foundation, I led the successful execution and expansion of initiatives that connected students of color to careers in commercial real estate—bridging mentorship, education, and workforce access through stakeholder engagement, outreach, and fundraising. My work was centered on amplifying youth voices while increasing representation in a historically exclusive industry.Earlier in my career, I worked at Compass Real Estate, where I played a key role in shaping the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. I created educational materials specifically tailored for first-time homebuyers of color, helping demystify the homeownership process and expand access to generational wealth. I also developed and led internal programs focused on employee recruitment, retention, and belonging, including affinity groups, community engagement events, and partnerships that deepened Compass’s investment in equity at both the local and national level.In addition to my professional work, I serve on the Board of Directors for YBUILD and previously West Oakland’s Discover Café Foundation, two organizations that champion workforce development and neighborhood equity for communities of color. I also previously served as the youngest board member of Home For A Home, a nonprofit that funds housing for families in Guatemala, further reflecting my long-standing commitment to housing justice and cross-cultural solidarity.
