ABOUT ALEXIS SELIG
A passionate sophomore student in the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst working towards a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sport Management and Operations and Information Management along with the Business Analytics Certificate. With a strong interest in women’s college athletics, operations and sport analytics, I aspire to gain experience working closely with a college sports team. I am actively involved in the McCormack Student Leaders Club, Special Olympics Club and Service through Sport Club. As a member of these clubs, I have participated in various activities including assisting the Data Analytics team for the Pioneer Valley Tip-Off Tournament held in December at UMass, working as a field marshal for the USA Lacrosse Women\'s Lacrosse National Tournament and working with athletes in Special Olympics Soccer. In addition to these sport management roles, I currently have an internship with the UMass Associate Director of Events where I assist with tasks to prepare events for admitted and prospective students.
