Manage the documentation of art collections information and the computer systems used to electronically document and image them• Maintain the software and hardware required to document and deliver art collections information, including The Museum System (TMS), eMuseum, the imaging systems, and the digital asset management system (DAMS)• Develop and monitor in-house data and imaging rules, procedures, and standards required for maintaining data and image consistency and for meeting national cultural object documentation standards• Participate in the continued cataloguing of the art collections, and the creation, archiving, and linking of digital images of the art collections and exhibitions• Maintain and expand eMuseum• Manage rights clearances for exhibitions and incoming acquisitions
