   Create PLC programmign, instrumentation drawings, and all other programming to bring information to SCADA. Effectively manage budgets, timelines and contractor bids for projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Traveled to worksites to provide instrumentation and electrical engineering support for natural gas and chemical pipelines.Utilized software for pipeline monitoring and data gathering, including Allen-Bradley,OmniCom, Prosoft Configurations, and SCADA.Participate in HAZOP, Risk Assesments, to manage, public safety, and environment risks. Manage GMOC’s on all electrical work performed.PROJECTSIndustrial Generator – Installed an industrial gas generator. I worked on electrical drawings, PLC programing, SCADA changes, instrumentation and Modbus communications. Tank Farm Lighting – Project manager for a $1.25 million lighting project. The project lasted 12 weeks, where I had weekly meetings with the stakeholder to update them on progress and budget status. I managed the bidding process to ensure the most capable contractors were hired. I supervised all aspects of the project to ensure deadlines and budget were met. Pipeline Transfer - Led the transfer of the nitrogen pipeline system from a polyethylene plant to ExxonMobil Pipeline. Coordinated efforts to ensure a smooth transition, conducted HAZOP, and ensured full control by the ExxonMobil operating control center through meticulous checkout and ensure compliance with DOT and PHAMSA regulations.
