As a human resources consultant at AML Consulting, I provide HR solutions and services to a variety of clients in different industries. I help them with recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. I also leverage my marketing background to create and implement effective HR branding and communication strategies that align with their business goals and values.In addition, I have been working as a human resources generalist at Robinson Gray, a leading law firm, for over four years. I supported the HR functions of the firm, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, and recruitment. I have also contributed to several HR projects, such as revamping the onboarding process, the employee engagement survey, and the diversity and inclusion initiative. I am currently pursuing my master\'s degree in human resources management and services from Western Governors University, with the aim of enhancing my HR skills and knowledge, and advancing my career in the HR field.
