At TSMC AZ, I develop and implement talent pipeline strategies targeting community colleges and K-12 institutions to build pathways into TSMC’s technical and professional roles. I establish partnerships with educators, administrators, and career development offices to promote STEM career opportunities in the semiconductor industry. I design and execute outreach programs, including career fairs, campus visits, and STEM education initiatives, to attract and engage diverse early-career talent.
