Collective and cohesive team work is something that I pride myself in embodying throughout my work environment. As an Agile Technical Project Manager, I am able to motivate my team members and provide them with an environment in which they can succeed to their fullest potentials.Meticulous concerning financial operations for both my direct projects and for the whole of the business unit. Accurately manage high cost project portfolios, making sure deliverables are met within budget. Financial operations continues to be an area in the PMO where I thrive.Skilled in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Scrum, as well as an expert in various Agile software, ie. JIRA, Confluence. Cross trained across different software development teams, each delivering quality products to our respective clients. Managing contractor relations with our vending partners has allowed me to develop relationships across multiple companies. Onboarding and offboarding contractors is an integral part of my HR duties for our business unit. Understanding how best to bring my team members up to speed and integrate them into our culture has developed me into a better project manager by understanding my people. Being a collegiate athlete has prepared me to become a leader in the workplace. I pride myself in being the \"go to\" person that Management can rely on to get things done, no matter the task. I thrive in fast paced work environments and posses the needed skills to multitask. Along with my experience in Software Development and Agile Technical Project Management, I also have experience in Public Relations, Social Media Marketing, and Corporate Talent Acquisition.
