Behavior Technician @Compass ABA Therapy

As a Behavior Technician, I work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized intervention plans that help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement techniques, I provide one-on-one support to encourage progress in a structured and engaging environment. I also monitor progress, document session data, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure effective and personalized support for each child’s development.
