About Alexis Elafros
As a business leader with experience in project management, operations, business development, and team management, I am passionate about driving organizational growth and operational efficiency. My career has been defined by leading high-growth initiatives, building teams, and creating sustainable partnerships that deliver meaningful impact. I enjoy being presented with complex challenges, thinking about possibilities, and operationalizing & executing those possibilities at scale. I’m excited by bringing structure to chaos, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies that produce tangible, long-lasting results. I spent the last nearly 7 years with iEducate, where I led business development efforts that secured $3.5M+ in annual revenue and scaled one of the nation’s largest district-based tutoring programs by 300% in less than a year. I also played a key role in restructuring the organization to support this rapid growth, managing over 400 tutors across 100+ elementary schools. I’m energized by challenges that require vision, strategy, and execution—and I want to continue scaling high-growth, high-impact initiatives in new capacities. I’m currently seeking full-time opportunities in project management, business development, or operations where I can take on exciting challenges, make a concrete impact, and scale new ideas to their full potential. I’m passionate about roles where I have the latitude to drive impact, bring clarity to ambiguity, and leverage my strengths in results-oriented leadership, collaboration, and execution. My core values include: growth, agency, creativity, curiosity, hope, and joy. Meyers Briggs: INFJ Enneagram: 3x4 I’d love to connect if you feel we have shared values and/or goals we can work together to achieve. Reach out any time!
