The Cybersecurity IAM world is moving at all-time high speeds and I’ve been fortunate to move along with it over these past few years. I entered into this industry as an analyst in 2021, transitioned into leadership and now help manage IAM as an Associate Directory for a major hospital chain. Managing many different types of identities and their access is a must to ensure the safety of the company as well as patients, especially in the healthcare industry. In my current role, I oversee the identity management system processes and workflows, access provisioning & deprovisioning for all user types, as well as implementing certification campaigns. Having excellent communication skills is a must in this role to ensure multiple teams are aligned and working in conjunction with one another towards the same goals.
