Alexis is a national advisor to mid-market companies and financial institutions. She has years of experience managing complex financings, mergers and acquisitions and firm practice groups. Alexis helps companies navigate issues, find creative solutions, and optimize value. She has handled financings and acquisitions across industries and geographic regions that have included airports, a baseball stadium, rail and transit system, solar generation facilities, international steel company, medical supply distribution, national transportation companies, software companies, national amusement park, university student housing, major oil company headquarters, horse racing facility, hotels and casinos, and logistics facilities at a major airport.Alexis was on the public-agency team that structured the repurposing and financing of Norton Air Force Base to become the San Bernardino International Airport; the team that initially structured the development and financing of the San Bernardino Transit Center to support the Metrolink Arrow light rail line; and recently, she led the largest acquisition in the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles\' 85-year history. Her international work is primarily focused on representing European law firms and their clients in their cross-border work in the United States. As Co-Chair of the DEI Committee, Alexis works to strengthen diversity at the firm, which is Mansfield Certified and continues to be one of the most diverse law firms in the country. She served on the firm\'s Equity Partner Vetting Committee for several years.
