Directed complex, multidisciplinary technical programs by serving as the primary supply chain interface to plan and execute requirements, schedules, and resources with internal and external customers; identifying and mitigating risks; and clearly communicating goals to relevant stakeholders of development and deployment teams, while driving operations and ushering mechanical and electrical projects through the entire project/product lifecycle (PLC) for insertion into 200+ data center zones globally- Managed cross-functional teams to support product ramp, sustainment, and end-of-life (EOL) by ensuring the transition to production met and maintained cost, quality, and capacity parameters to align with business goals- Ushered the Value Engineered Generator Enclosure (VEGE) program through the PLC as it transitioned to the Standardized Fungible Enclosure (SFE) to support the 5% CapEX reduction target and meet on time delivery of 77 genset packaged zones from 4Q2024 through 4Q2028 in the North America, Europe and Latin America regions- Audited, qualified, and on-boarded 2 global suppliers for the cut-over and insertion of the new Universal Generator Paralleling Switchgear Controller (Universal GPSC) into the global Foxbat 2N electrical switchgear system for an estimated cost savings of $11.8M across ~44 zones of capacity through 2Q2026- Organized the Rhino air handling units Starfrance 2.0 program for the creation of the functional requirements specification to facilitate the request for proposal (RFP) submissions necessary to diversify the supply base, build out buffer inventory, update the existing controller firmware, and implement a more cost and mechanically efficient fan design into the global fleet- Launched the Product TPM Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process to assess engine block machinery failures for a Tier 1 generator supplier at their 78L (Indiana) and 95L (Daventry) factories that impacted production for the FY2025 globally awarded capacity.
