About Alexis Cino
I am a current J.D. candidate at Fordham University School of Law. Most of my work has been client facing, from my legal internship at Immigration Equality to my position as a Mortgage Loan Associate with Family First Funding. At Immigration Equality, I have been performing intake interviews, analyzing and updating country conditions, and researching about the rapidly changing standards within the immigration field. At Family First Funding, I worked directly with borrowers, reviewed and analyzed their documentation, and sent their application to be approved for a loan. At Fordham Law, I have been selected for the Stein Scholar Program, gaining hands-on experience on pressing social justice issues domestically and internationally. I am also in the Crowley Scholar Program, participating in an international human rights investigation. Additionally, I am a member of Fordham\'s Urban Law Journal and Chapter Director for Fordham\'s International Refugee Assistance Project. I am very excited to start my public interest legal career.
