Manage a complex commercial loan portfolio with $600 Million in total direct credit exposure consisting of clients with revenues ranging from $50 Million to in excess of $2 Billion and operating across various industry segments- Facilitate credit approvals for various loan types including syndications as well as derivatives, L/C\'s and treasury solutions- Prepare credit approval memorandums including financial trend analysis, assessment of key risks, detailed projection modeling and sensitivity analysis and recommendation of final credit structure for existing and prospective opportunities- Interact directly with clients and prospects to structure solutions that meet client needs while adhering to credit policy- Manage the entire process from term sheet issuance to legal document negotiations- Work with relationship managers and credit officers to develop strategies for improving profitability, mitigating and managing the portfolio risk- Experienced in management of problem loans through ongoing servicing within the office as well as the restructuring of facilities in alignment with Credit Resolutions Group for relationships that are being shadowed or have been transitioned into their portfolio- Serve as a resource to interns and junior team members in understanding processes, policy, procedures, underwriting and analysis.
