I currently work as a program development specialist at BluePrint Supply Chain, a leading provider of supply chain solutions. In my previous role at Aston Carter/ Aerotek, I specialized in finding and assessing candidates\' strengths, negotiating wage rates and terms of employment, and maintaining relationships with contractors and clients. I used social media and our internal network to effectively source candidates and network with industry contacts. I also developed and applied my skills in Facebook ads, communication, and HR policies to increase the visibility and reach of our recruiting services. I am motivated by the challenge and satisfaction of matching the right talent with the right role, and I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation.
