I’m a legal entrepreneur, two times law firm owner, and legal-tech founder with a decade of experience building high-volume law firms, redesigning operations through automation and data intelligence, and helping attorneys make smarter business decisions.As the founder and CEO of Right Law Group, I scaled a flat-fee criminal defense firm from zero into a multi-seven-figure operation with an average 59.2 percent year-over-year growth. I designed a fully custom operating system for the firm that replaced traditional legal software and now runs on more than 1200 integrated automations. This system unified intake, sales, marketing attribution, communication workflows, and KPI reporting, enabling the firm to achieve conversion rates double and often triple the national average.Through 360 Strategic Success, I’ve consulted with more than 100 law firms across the country on intake, sales, automation, and business intelligence. I’ve helped owners rebuild their client journey, implement data-driven decision frameworks, and create operational clarity in business models that often run on guesswork. The insights from this work have shaped my current path as a legal-tech founder focused on transforming how firms understand and run their businesses.Before entrepreneurship, I served as a Deputy District Attorney handling dockets of more than 700 active cases, and worked on the Vehicular Homicide, Homicide, Sex Assault, and High-Exposure Crimes teams. I later became Chief of the Domestic Violence Unit in Pueblo County and earned multiple national recognitions including Lawyer of the Year (American Institute of Legal Professionals, 2021) and repeated Top 40 Under 40 honors.I bring a unique combination of legal expertise, operational engineering, and founder-level execution. I translate real-world law firm problems into scalable systems, bridging product thinking with deep domain knowledge and modern automation practices. I’ve presented nationally on intake, sales, automation, and the business of law, including at Maximum Lawyer and multiple bar associations.I’m currently building a legal-tech venture focused on giving law firms real operational revenue intelligence and a smarter way to run their businesses.
