The goal is simple; focus on results. My view is and always has been that the structure of anything in life supersedes all other variables, especially as it relates to investments. With integrity, structure, people, passion and purpose, the results are bound to be positive. Unlike other REIT sectors, the Net Lease real estate sector is defined and grouped by lease type as opposed to a property type such as industrial, office, or retail. Although historically delivered solely as diversified real estate exposure, Net Lease REITs are more of a conduit to corporate cash flows, providing outsized returns as a function of sustainable income with predictable growth.
