About Alexia Rutledge
I’m an aerospace engineer passionate about designing systems that enable sustainable, human-centered space exploration. I recently earned my B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and will begin my M.S. in Aerospace Engineering this fall at CU Boulder, specializing in Bioastronautics. My interests lie at the intersection of engineering and human spaceflight. My experience includes FEA modeling, composite materials, CAD, and hands-on manufacturing. I’ve contributed to projects spanning space systems, materials analysis, and structural performance. I’m eager to keep building in environments where technical excellence and human needs are prioritized.I\'m especially interested in contributing to life support systems, space habitat design, and spacesuit technologies. I would love to connect with those working in this field as well as any other related fields!
