ABOUT ALEXIA GONZALEZ

Hi, I’m Alexia, and with 15 years of experience in global HR, Talent Acquisition and Change Management, I’m dedicated to helping global companies optimize their HR and TA processes, leveraging tech, while complying with country-specific regulations. I’ve worked in HR in global tech start-ups and scale-ups with a 100% remote setup, always looking for ways to streamline HR operations while keeping a human-centric approach. I also have experienced all aspects of Talent Acquisition (in-house, agency, freelance, RPO) and deeply enjoy how the sector is evolving with new tools being developed to challenge the status quo. I actually nearly gave up my HR career shortly after starting it, when at the age of 26 I had to handle a collective dismissal (including my own) following the liquidation of the airline I was working for, but I finally decided to make this experience a strength by promising to myself that I would keep a people-first mindset no matter what challenges come my way. Fun fact: Alongside my HR and recruitment career, I also had the opportunity to work as a Venue Services and Sponsorship Manager at UEFA Champions League matches. It was a major leap out of my comfort zone, but it taught me invaluable lessons on excellence, working under pressure, and managing large-scale events.Feel free to reach out!
