About Alexia Petruzziello

I recently completed my Master in Business Administration with a concentration of Leadership at Bentley University, where I also obtained a BS in Business Management with a concentration of Leadership and a minor in Sports Management. My experience as the Director of Communications of Bentley\'s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) as well as the Men\'s Basketball Manager has allowed me to develop strong managerial and leadership skills. During my internship with Quinnipiac University\'s Athletic Department, I was recognized for my ability to multitask without compromising on quality because of my pronounced time management skills. I feel that I can effectively contribute to an organization\'s success by bringing a vibrant, and positive energy as well as boost the performance through effective communication with all parties involved. Through my MBA program, I was able to gain experience in business process management, leading responsibly, law and business ethics, and accounting for decision making. Ultimately my goal is to combine my managerial and leadership skills with my passion for sports to assist a professional sports team or organization in its efforts to maximize its success, profits, and efforts in winning a national championship.
